Delivery, Exchange, Return, Refund and Privacy Policy

Delivery Policy

The enrollment in the selected activity will be effected after payment in the online store.

Please observe if the activity you signed up for is synchronous and / or asynchronous. In case of synchronous activity, carefully observe the day and time scheduled to enter in the virtual room, as instructed by the conscientiotherapy scheduling team.

Exchange, Return And Refund Policy

Exchange. Exchanges between different classes or consultation schedules can be made as long as there are still vacancy available at the new chosen time and this must be requested at least 5 days before the activity.

Return/Devolution. The right to repent for the purchase of the product can be made within 7 days from it, following the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code. 

Refund. The refund, if requested up to 5 days before the activities, will be made after discounting the administrative fees.

Any technical problem  as connection failure or power failure that may intercept the participation in the activity, must be communicated to the OIC by e-mail to enable credit for future activity, or refund.



Privacy Policy

​Personal information sent to us through the OIC website will be used for the specific purposes of the institution's online activities and will not be disclosed in any other way.
