How to apply the useful routine technique?
Do you maintain a useful routine or use your time in an unproductive way?
Perhaps this question does not make sense to someone who does not value the self-evolution or the opportunity of daily multidimensional assistance.
The intermissivist, ancient consciousness and aware of proexological commitments, realizes that themself has not been reborn or ressomed by chance, but to accomplish some task. This intimate feeling impels one to seek ways or routines in which will be able to take everything all together, with interassistantial productivity.
Knowing and applying self-organizing optimization techniques, for example, the useful routine technique can boost productivity 1.
The constancy and maintenance of the useful routine creates healthy neo-habits that, over time, firm the will and cement interassistance at a multidimensional level.
“The detailed routines determine the detailed pararoutines” 2.
What are the steps to establish a useful routine?
“The useful routine is the technique of the logical, temporal or daily sequence over constant acts or procedures, technically imposed by a person in their own life, by the strength of repetition of healthy and uniform habits, capable of enhancing the cosmoethic achievement of the specific existential program of the lucid conscin” 3.
The following effects can be seen in the application of the useful routine technique:
1. Qualification of personal habits.
2. Improvement of self-organization and productivity.
3. Identification of the personal modus operandi or daily manifestation pattern.
4. Well-being from the checklist of accomplished daily goals.
5. Expansion of self-cognition by identifying personal values, strength traits, weaktraits and absentraits in the routine analysis.
Before setting a useful routine, it is interesting to investigate and detail that sequence of actions already established at the beginning. Here are three important steps before implementing the useful routine technique:
I. Initial diagnosis:
1. List the daily routine activities for 1 week.
2. Identify whether the activities correspond to the established goals.
3. Classify your appointments in productive or unproductive.
II. Planning:
1. Discard unproductive actions.
2. Set short, medium, and long-term evolutionary goals.
3. Organize the agenda in a weekly spreadsheet, composed by the days of the week horizontally and the time vertically (1h interval).
4. Maintain the persistence of the self-organized routine.
5. Evaluate the performance of the technique weekly.
6. Make the necessary adjustments.
III. Premises:
1. Consider the unexpected factors. Be flexible, when necessary.
2. Accomplish what is the priority.
3. Be aware to the mega objective, without missing smaller events of everyday life.
4. Respect human physiology: physical exercises, food, sleeping hours, social contacts.
5. Attend to all areas of human life.
6. Consider the travel time between activities.
If the performance in applying this technique is unsatisfactory for many weeks in a row, it is necessary to identify whether the proposed routines are consistent with personal values, or if they are not a priority or consistent with the current evolutionary moment, or, further, investigate other reasons, for example, escape of self-responsibility.
For example, in planning the goals, for the person that established 3 hours per day for writing the own book and works 8 hours a day, taking more 2 hours in travel time from house to work and vice versa every day, it should be more coherent to reserve the writing time for the weekend or to decrease the writing time during the week to 1hour.
What is the relation between establishing and maintaining a useful routine with Cosmoethics?
The intermissivist's existential program is oriented towards assisting specific group or groups. There was prior planning, related to the paraduty, according to the practical principle of Conscientiology: “May what happens be the best for everyone” 4.
The failure to accomplish the established goals may mean evolutionary delay or lack of cosmoethics before oneself, due to the abandonment of the signed self-commitments, with this maxim in mind: “Duty to yourself: the consciential, evolutionary, cosmoethic improvement” 5.
When identifying marasmus, procrastination, evolutionary delay, deviation of proexis, or, in dynamic profiles, the detection of dispersion, disorganization, difficulty in maintaining discipline, order and continuity (consciential dispersion syndrome), the most cosmoethic is to apply the self-confrontation with practical actions. The useful routine technique can mostly help in these cases.
The free will applied to the choice of the useful routine can be an indicator of evolutionary intelligence of the conscin.
