How can Conscientiotherapy help to overcome robotic existence?

Do you live a robotic existence with a growing sense of discomfort?

A robotic existence (robexis) occurs when the human consciousness lives dominated by the intraphysical dimension, in a still pathological intraphysical society (socin).

According to Vieira, what lacks most to people living in robexis is the deepest reflection in order to eliminate apriorisms, superstitions, fears, taboos and, mainly, fanaticisms maintained by regressive monovision 2.

The intermissivist who lives an unsuitable existence, maintained by the absence of self-criticism and discernment, alienated from the pre-resomatic commitments to accomplish the existential programming (proexis) previously planned, allows themself to be enslaved to a pathological socin.

This condition can lead to an intimate state of apathy, sense of stagnation, lack of progress, and achievements, with moral discouragement, absence of courage to change, followed by energetic self-decompensation.

Instead of facing discomfort, those who remain in this condition sometimes search for ways to anaesthetize themselves in order not to feel distressed, as the maintenance of antievolutive behaviours, and worthless relationships. This attitude usually contributes to the increase of the disturbance itself instead of neutralizing it.

The general feeling of discomfort, which can lead to an intraphysical melancholy (melin), might mean that the person is not living according to its evolutive values and its life planning, experienced in the Intermissive Course with more lucidity.

The Intermissive Course consists of a specialized learning to improve the evolutionary performance of the consciousness in the next existence. It happens in the intermissive period, which is the period between two successive human lives when the consciousness manifests in the extraphysical dimension, using a subtler body, or psychosoma.

Studies in Conscientiotherapeuticology proposed the term existential marasmus that means a state or nosological condition of apathy, moral decline, lack of willpower or prostration, characterized by the absence or insufficiency of accomplishments, flow, or consciential evolutionary progress.

What values are active in the chosen lifestyle?

The formation of the intraphysical life value system occurs since childhood, resulting from the interaction of genetics, paragenetics and mesology. In general, they are more influenced by emotional tastes and preferences, family and social traditions and customs.

Perceiving which values guides one´s behaviour is a way of understanding the root of motivations, prioritizations, and decisions in daily life.

For that purpose it is relevant to discriminate:

1. Personal values: the importance given to a certain consciential reality, abstract or material.

2. Idealized values:  concept or reality considered important by conscin for evolution but still theoretical. It can be positive, ambiguous or even negative, according to the view of consciousness regarding evolution.

3. Values experienced: idea, quality or reality considered important and priority by conscin, generating motivation and guiding decisions and actions on a daily basis. They can be of paragenetic or mesological origin and might be modified by personal experiences and cons' recoveries.

4. Evolutive values: homeostatic values that promote consciential evolution, with cosmoethic. The self-criticism of the quality of the values makes it possible to determine their level of health and evolution.

How to get out of this state of evolutive stagnation?

Intimate changes require the recycling of antievolutive traits, and finding new ways of reacting, thinking, feeling and acting (neothosenity), making use of the strongtraits to implement changeover.

In the neoscience Conscientiology, Conscientiotherapeuticology is the specialty that applies to the specific, systematic, and thematic studies of treatment, relief, and remission of disorders of consciousness. This specialty uses resources and techniques to identify and overcome pathologies and parapathologies, and to implement prophylaxis and paraprophylaxis, which enables self-confrontation and self-overcoming 2.

The self-conscientiotherapy is an effective tool for intraconsciential changes. Self-conscientiotherapy is based on the proposal that the consciousness itself is responsible for its own self-cure, through the use of techniques that help since the beginning of the self-investigation until the self-overcome stage of the self-conscientiotherapy cycle, which is the model used in Conscientiotherapy composed of the stages of self-investigation, self-diagnosis, self-confrontation and self-overcoming.

The turning point conducive to change occurs when the person has the clarity of their self-diagnosis, identifies the evolutionary losses, gives up the secondary pseudo-benefits of certain behaviours and understands that the current self-expression is not consistent with the level of personal cosmoethics intended (CPC - Code of Personal Cosmoethics).

Where to start?

A conscientiotherapeutic technique that can be used in the self-investigation phase is the Malaise Investigation Technique. It is a set of procedures applied by the self-conscientiotherapist based on the identification of unpleasant sensation, discomfort, embarrassment, dissatisfaction or personal indisposition, in order to establish the main problem area, the parapathology itself or the weaktrait to be treated.

It is worth mentioning that knowing self-diagnosis is important but not sufficient for the cure. In order to leave the robexis, it is essential to establish clear goals that are compatible with one´s self-reality, continuously face the identified situations until reaching self-overcoming.

Another self-conscienciotherapeutic technique, which can be used is the Action by the little things technique. It's a self-confrontation procedure characterized by the action for the small things, which depend exclusively on the will of the evolutient. The technique begins with the decision for the self-confrontation. It is based on the principle that the disease is lack of evolutionary flow and the remedy is to print a continuous flow from the actions. The improvement obtained increase energy and motivation to continue.

The alignment with the evolutive perspective within human life and recycling stagnant behaviours lead to cure intraphysical melancholy.

Consciousness assumes, with lucidity and discernment, the direction of its own evolution, without transferring personal responsibility for its own acts and results, making the will more active, strong, and autonomous. When assuming personal responsibility in the evolution itself and in the improvement of the level of integral health, frees itself from any victimization posture.

Personal evolutive achievements, compatible with self-potential, keep consciousness in their evolutionary flow, freeing it from robexis, an anti-evolutive state, and improves well-being, happiness, and the release of assistance potential.
