What is the painful recycling myth?
Does self-recycling need to be painful?
The myth of painful recycling is the automatic, but illusory, association of intraconsciential recycling process (recin) to be necessarily linked to pain, discomfort, or annoyance, on the part of the neophyte evolutient.
It is noticeable, in a certain segment of self-researchers, the mistaken idea that the implementation of personal improvements is invariably associated with some level of discomfort. In such conditions comes the butterflies in the stomach before the glimpse of the new evolutionary level. In other words, change is considered suffering.
Such apriorisms can create a cycle of psychic suffering that is unnecessary and counter-productive to the intermissivist,
a silent dilemma where mental scenarios are constructed having as common element the inevitability of annoyance.
The options are the discomfort of the old self-thosenity sameness or the bitterness of the uncertain future of self-recycling.
The idea of “no pain, no gain” may be indicating the need for self-conscientiotherapy with greater technical mastery, without emotionalism (even if the focus of self-research is the psychosoma itself, or vehicle of emotions) or fixed pre-conceived ideas, called apriorisms 1.
Recin: pleasant experience
Assuming the inseparability of displeasure to the process of self-knowledge is a self-cognitive error of experimentation. Self-cure, unlike this conception, is pleasurable and libertarian.
It is essential, throughout the existential program, for the intermissivist to learn how to reinvent himself increasingly more and better, in an effective way, to deconstruct the weaktraits and enhance the strongtraits, in a crescendo of fluidity, good humor and intimate serenity.
There are forms of uneasiness (in the sense of not being quiet or accommodated) that are truly positive and useful to the condition of human renewal. Not all restlessness is synonymous with disquietude. The important thing is to prioritize rational self-deconstructions that liberate the worst of ourselves, in an increasingly professional and less tense way.
Parascientificity leads to thosenic qualification
Within the evolutionary experiments in Conscientiotherapy laboratories, the observation is that the greater the parascientificity when dealing with their own weaknesses and ailments, the greater will be the ability to reconcile personal pleasure with the renewal of their own existence 2.
This form of pleasant recycling is based on qualithosenes, or the combination of thoughts, sentiments and energies associated with the quality of the thosenity expression. In this case, the thosenes expressed during the self-research of the immaturities themselves are included 3.
The approach to the cosmos, and also to the consciential micro-universe itself, with good humor, is an intelligent strategy for planning and self-development of the intermissivist.
Neophilia and joy for self-cure
There is a need for coherence between the intermissive course of consciex and the intraphysical choices of conscin. Firm and self-pacified self-recycling is an indicator of intermissive coherence.
In the practical verification of well-being in promoting self-cure, at least two elements can be mentioned:
-
Neophilia before self-cure, with a pleasant future perspective of the new, more advanced, planned, and objectified intimate reality, leading to new levels of self-thosenity.
-
Rejoicing after self-cure, with self-satisfaction when realizing the mastery over weaktrait.
So, let´s promote pleasurable auto-recycling?
